How to complete this Form

1. Please enter your Name and Email address followed by the Title of your news post.
2. Answer the very simple ‘spam’ question’
3. Click the Please select a category button to select the category the news item is to be listed under. Note that more than one can be assigned.
4. Below the Category field is the Post Content input box. For greater usability ensure that the VISUAL tab is selected by clicking on it before entering the text of your news item. This displays a ‘Rich Text’ Editor’ which provides some simple ‘word processor’ functionality (e.g. Headings, Paragraphs, Lists, Highlighting, Links) similar to that used for composing emails.
5. If you have an image that you’d like to include with the news item then click the Chose file button to select it. If not a default image will be used. Please note that images should be in a suitable image format (e.g .jpg .jpeg .png ).
6. Press the Submit Post button to submit the form.
7. Following submission, the post will be set to pending status until released for publication on the website by the administrator.
