Biography
Rachael is a fully qualified yoga and meditation instructor and has been teaching in and around Yeovil for 2 years now. She has been practising Yoga since 2000 and hence she has 19 years of experience behind her. She is deeply passionate about sharing the physical and mental benefits of Yoga and she looks forward to being able to offer these new classes in the beautiful village of Tintinhull.
Further Information
The following classes are available at Tintinhull Village Hall. All classes are suitable for beginners and cost £6 per session. You can pay as you go with no need to book in advance.
- Monday 7 – 8 pm – Hatha yoga, full body stretch and strengthen followed by a deep relaxation and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation)
- Monday 8 – 9 pm – Gentle yoga, deeply relaxing stretches with a focus on meditation techniques, pranayama breath and blissful relaxation
- Tuesday 6 – 7 pm – Hatha yoga, full body stretch and strengthen followed by a deep relaxation and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation)
- Sunday 9 – 10 am – Morning energizing yoga followed by a deep relaxation and Yoga Nidra (guided meditation)

Pilates classes are available at Tintinhull Village Hall at a cost of £6.50 (per session block-booked) or £7.50 pay as you go.
Thursdays 6.15-7.15 pm and Tuesdays 10.00-11:00 am
Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and well being, and has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. Practitioners say regular Pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension.

Our Club meets all the year round twice a week at Tintinhull Village Hall. Each session costs £2.20 which includes refreshment at break time.
Fridays 10.15 am – 12.30 pm and Tuesdays 7.15 – 9.30 pm
We have a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and welcome new Members. Why not come along as a visitor to try your hand and test your skill before joining?
