Tintinhull Short Mat Bowls Club held its annual intra club Chairman’s Trophy competition on Saturday 29th March in the village hall. A total of 26 members in nine teams battled through the morning to reach the Trophy and Plate finals played before lunch was served in the TWMC.
The two finals – played before an appreciative audience – confirmed the high standards of play members have acquired with the Trophy final requiring a sudden death last end to determine the winners!

The club welcomes anyone experienced or not to come and try the game and to meet the members.
All equipment can be supplied, just bring flat soled shoes to change into.

2025 AGM
The club welcomed members to the 2025 AGM on Friday 4th April held in the village hall. It was noted that it is now six years since the clubs inaugural meeting in 2019.
Following the Chairman’s report, which confirmed the club was in very good heart with a robust membership and strong community spirit.
All officers were available for reelection which was supported with a unanimous vote by the members present.
